The 250V-rated connector is a high-power, high-reliability, free-hanging cable-mount connector system engineered for demanding automotive, industrial, and energy applications requiring up to 250V nominal voltage and 17A continuous current per contact. Featuring a robust glass-filled PBT housing, 1.3mm socket contacts, and keyed mating alignment with terminal position assurance (TPA), this connector is designed for safe, secure, and durable performance in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to 125°C.

Product Type Features – High-Voltage Design

This connector is built for a nominal voltage architecture of 250V, making it suitable for mild hybrid systems, electric vehicle auxiliary circuits, industrial power supplies, battery management systems, and renewable energy equipment. Unlike standard 12V automotive connectors, this 250V platform requires enhanced creepage and clearance distances, which are achieved through the 4mm pitch and 4mm row-to-row spacing.

The cable exit angle is 180° (straight) , allowing straightforward cable routing and minimizing bend stress on wires, which is critical for thicker gauge wires required for 17A current carrying.

Contact Features – High-Current Capability

The connector accepts socket-type contacts (female terminals) with a contact size of 1.3mm. The mating pin diameter is precisely 1.3 mm (0.051 in) , ensuring consistent, low-resistance electrical contact.
