Factory Visit: Understanding the Complete Production Process of Strip Terminals

Recently, our team visited a professional copper terminal manufacturing factory to gain a deeper understanding of the complete production process of automotive strip terminals.

During the visit, we followed the production flow from copper raw materials to stamping, forming, continuous terminal production, winding, inspection, and final packaging. This gave us a clearer understanding of how terminal quality is controlled at each stage.

We also inspected the foam reels used for terminal winding and storage, which help keep continuous terminals neatly arranged and protect them during transportation and subsequent automatic crimping processes.

At the packaging area, we observed the automatic packing equipment, which improves packaging efficiency and helps ensure consistent quantities and standardized shipment preparation.

Through this factory inspection, we further strengthened our understanding of terminal manufacturing, raw material control, production efficiency, and packaging standards.
